Own an iPod? Then you're suing Apple

This Week, RealNetworks filed a lawsuit against Apple over their software Harmony. Harmony was supposed to be able to be downloaded on any iPod type. Did you know that your are technically suing Apple too? Since Real Networks is suing about all iPods if you own any iPod then you are included in the lawsuit. Even if Real Networks win you will not receive any money because no actually money is yet involved.
